The Holland Occupational Codes

Many people think that doctors and lawyers are ‘good’ careers. However, in BOM City, we believe that there is no best career on Earth.

The high efficiency and satisfaction at work come from the goodness of fit between the staff and the career itself. Therefore, we develop our ‘careers’ in BOM City based on the Holland occupational codes so that our children can be exposed to different types of careers.

We provide a platform for children, on one hand, to understand how the society operates, on the other hand, to understand their career orientation so that they can equip and prepare themselves better.

The 21st Century Competence

Although literacy, maths and science are the cornerstone in today’s education, the learning opportunities in BOM City aim to develop the 21st century competence for the children.
